Advanced ticket search in Quickie
Lovestock & Leaf's Quickie app now includes Advanced Search features that help support teams work more effectively in Zendesk. While Zendesk’s standard option limits teams to 30 views, Quickie removes this restriction by letting you create as many custom views as needed.
The latest version includes features that make finding and managing tickets easier:
- Advanced Search with filtering: Find Zendesk tickets quickly using detailed search options, with the ability to choose which information appears in your results and how they're organized.
- Favorites. Quick access to views: Save time by marking commonly used Zendesk views as favorites, making them instantly accessible when needed.
- Expanded bookmarked tickets section: Keep track of important Zendesk tickets effortlessly.
- Ticket activity section: Stay updated on the latest Zendesk ticket movements.
- Saved searches: Save time with quick access to frequently used search criteria.
With these updates, Quickie will make your Zendesk agents lightning fast and more productive than ever before!
Amongst other shiny new features already mentioned, Quickie will allow you to define result columns and a sort order, as well as save the searches so you can treat them just like views.
Quickie’s Advanced Search will provide conditional features that aren't available in views, which help to solve some of the issues being reported by Zendesk customers about the limitations of native view conditions.
